- Recruitment - Secretary chairs
- Annual Early Childhood Recognition Dinner - a member of the Governing Board chair
- Finance Committee - Treasurer chairs
- Audit Committee - a Member-At-Large chairs, appointed by the Governing Board
- Invest In Yourself Early Childhood Conference - Chair is elected by the Conference Committee, a Governing Board member serves on the committee as liaison to the Governing Board
